My name is Sabir Bacon, I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I first gained interest in fitness at 19 years old while deployed to Baghdad, Iraq. This interest quickly became my passion. Since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective ways to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat through training and nutrition.
This journey began when I initially started helping family and friends after I retired from the Army, then evolved into a career path in 2020. This path was an obvious choice for me because of my natural ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others. Strength training and sport specific conditioning are two areas I specialize in.
My approach will be age appropriate with an emphasis on fundamental movements, agility, balance, coordination, and endurance. The key is to master the basics. Strength, power, and speed will come.
My goal is to assist young athletes in reaching their fitness and sport specific goals in a manner that best fits them! I understand that strength & conditioning are not always easy, but starting as early as possible can put you ahead of the competition! I am just the person to guide them through it!
