Freestyle/Greco

At D3TC, we like to switch things up a little especially after your wrestlers long/grueling folkstyle season. Hopefully your wrestler has finished up his/her State Title run and now ready to switch things up a little and learn/train some freestyle/greco wrestling. College coaches love seeing wrestlers pursue different styles outside of folkstyle. It shows their work ethic and the ability to learn other styles of wrestling that are crucial in learning fundamental techniques that are used in folkstyle wrestling.
