Folkstyle/Collegiate Wrestling

D3TC is very dedicated to folkstyle wrestling. With Pennsylvania being one of the toughest states in the Nation for high school wrestling, we pride ourselves on getting all these young wrestlers better each day which adds to the depth of Pennsylvania wrestling. When school programs start back up in Mid-November, we really encourage wrestlers to attend our training sessions to get that extra mat time. During the season months, we primarily focus on technique and the little things that will get your wrestlers to beat kids they aren’t supposed to beat rather than beat kids they are supposed to beat! To become an elite wrestler, you must put in the extra time and if you put in the extra time at D3TC you will become elite!
