Alex Carida

Alex is from Hackettstown, New Jersey where he graduated from Hackettstown High School in 2018. Coach Carida placed 3rd in the state and was a freestyle state champ for New Jersey. Coach then attended and wrestled at Bloomsburg University where he was a 4 year starter, a 3-time MAC placer and a D1 NCAA qualifier. Coach Carida graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2022.
